1.3W (1064nm) Infrared: Optimized for engraving on metals & alloys, including:
Gold, silver, platinum, copper, aluminum, zinc, iron, stainless steel.
Metal oxides and coated metals.
10W/20W (Blue/UV): Better suited for non-metallic materials, such as:
Plastics, acrylic, wood, leather, glass, and some anodized metals.
Material Interaction
1064nm (IR): Absorbed well by metallic surfaces, enabling precise marking.
Blue/UV (10W/20W): Higher absorption by organic/polymer materials, reducing heat dispersion.
Power & Speed
10W/20W: Faster engraving on compatible materials due to higher power.
For metal engraving, 1.3W (1064nm) is the ideal choice. For plastics and organics, 10W/20W modules perform better.
